When you ll come back in south, you got to eat : la soupe au pistou, les beignets de fleur de courgette (zucchini flower fritters), pan bagnat (Nice town amazing sandwich), la bourride, les artichauts à la bariguoule, les tielles, les légumes farcis, la ratatouille or bohemienne (a variation), la pissaladière, chichi fregi (amazing fritter), rousquille (biscuit), tarte tropezienne etc....
