i could easily market that for jubril on google PPC and crush it. give me a small couple grand in budget and Ill blow it up with google ads. been doing PPC 2yrs for condo & rental in nyc.
if he throws the fb sauce on it too I can guarantee itll be sold out all year.
I wonder if it’s going to stay the same once there are more houses built there, like in phase 2 for example, once there are more competition perhaps it won’t be the same? Also it’s interesting to know people building residencies there what percentage is building to actually live there and what percentage is going to be rentals?
