San Andres is a great island and probably one of the safest places in Colombia. Definitely it has the nicest beaches in Colombia.

Haiti has no government and isn’t safe to visit at this time. Not sure how they made the list - I do pray for the people and hope that they can eventually overcome the economic sabotage they have experienced for centuries.
