I have been waiting to share this with all of you 🏋‍♀ I've been putting so much of my daily focus into my health, especially since my diagnosis of a degenerative disc - I want to See More an enjoy this trek and not just merely make it to the finish line. I hope this inspires some of you to create your own training plan for whatever walk or hike is next in your future! Hi Crystal, Just recently discovered you after watching your Scotland videos. You are truly inspiring after watching your solo trips. Having a degenerative disc sucks but you've got this See More eeing what you are doing to change things and I am adding it to my own plan. I have degenerative disc disease in both my lower back and my neck. I am 57 and planning a solo trip to Scotland in the next year and need to be healthier. I truly appreciate all that you share and would love to see video updates on how you are doing. Thank you! See Less
