For those that have been following us for awhile now you know I have had some MAJOR gut issues ever since Mexico (re: Salmonella). With us needing to keep our self-care routines pretty simpl See More honestly a life-saver for me. I finally was able to go on a long-distance trek and not have to worry so much about my gut being a complete WRECK. BUT I don't think this is necessarily right for everyone. I love AG1 ❤️
On day two, i noticed that I didn't have to walk down my stairs sideways as i was hold the wall.I can walk up and down without pain.
I have more energy.

Hey! Where are you guys currently? Have missed travel/trek vlogs. I recently viewed some more in depth treks in Turkey and would love to see you go there. It seems inexpensive and historica See More Predates ruins in Italy and not
So touristy. I found a cousin unknown to me that has a channel called sailing fair isle. They do a very professional vlogs and the hiking is a major part of filming. They did some about Turkey. If you have time check out those in Turkey. See Less
